Using the shopping cart
Shopping at My Sweet Baby is very simple and very secure. Browse through our store and find the items you love. Select the item from the product page. Click the "add to cart" button and the item is automatically placed in your shopping basket. To check out, the system will bring you to Google Checkout. Follow the steps that you are prompeted to complete. Currently,Google Checkout will only allow you to purchase one item at a time. Any coupon codes can be entered in on the last page of checkout. If you would like to purchase more than one item and you don't want to use Google Checkout, Please e-mail us directly, sara@mysweetbabydesigns. com and we can process your order manualy on our end.
Note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout. If the item is backordered or will take longer than the standard 2 weeks arrival, We will contact you by email to let you know the expected date of delivery or you can make another choice for the same dollar amount. If you do not want to wait until the estimated delivery date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged.
Phone in orders
Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our customer service number at: (425) 775-1548 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm PST. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.
