Using the shopping cart
Shopping at My Sweet Baby is very simple and very secure. Browse through our store and find the items you love. Select the item from the product page. Click the "add to cart" button and the item is automatically placed in your shopping basket. Once you have everything in your shopping cart proceed to checkout. You will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Fill them out, complete your order and you're done! A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction and an email version of this summary will be promptly sent to the email address you provide.
Note that your credit card will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart. If the item is backordered or will take longer than the standard 2 weeks arrival, We will contact you by email to let you know the expected date of delivery or you can make another choice for the same dollar amount. If you do not want to wait until the estimated delivery date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged.

Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone, but we realize that sometimes you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our customer service number at: (425) 775-1548 or 888.778.4077 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm PST. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.
