General Return Policy
Items purchased at full price from My Sweet Baby are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition. Any damages incurred during shipping or general defects must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.
Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than My Sweet Baby
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Returns for items purchased from mysweetbabydesigns.com
For exchanges, please e-mail sara@mysweetbabydesigns.com. In the subject line, please type in EXCHANGE or REQUEST. Under message, please indicate your name, description of your product, what you would like to exchange/return, and your reason for exchange/return. You will be contacted via e-mail within 2 business days with instructions on how to complete the exchange. Please mail your all return and exchange packages to:

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. My Sweet Baby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once the original item(s) are received at My Sweet Baby, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for My Sweet Baby to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Delivery times
We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Items that we have in stock ship within 2 business days.
All of our items are handmade with care. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times are estimated at 2 weeks. Occasionally issues arise that are beyond our control that may lead to additional production time (i.e. one of our fabric suppliers is backlogged). If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that any problem exists. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.
Backorders
Every so often customer demand exceeds our production capacity. If after placing an item and the item is backordered, you will be contacted by email. We'll let you know the expected date of delivery or you can opt to choose another product at the same price point. If you do not want to wait until the estimated delivery date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged.
Canceling a Custom order
Suddenly change your mind? No problem. You have up to three business days to contact us to cancel any order and have the amount refunded to your credit card.
